I purchased a 2013 Road King last year that had no maintenance records. Rick at RDS was awesome diagnosing that I needed the compensator replaced but he also checked over my whole bike pointing out to me recommendations for future maintenance I should consider for trouble free operation and to ride safely. Another huge benefit was that I was able to wait for my bike while the work was being done.
